Spinal Flow Technique is a healing modality developed by Dr Carli Axford that works with the 33 access points along the spine — where the fascial matrix and nervous system share their deepest connection.
Using light, precise touch at these points, the technique invites your body's own innate intelligence to begin releasing blockages — the stored stress, trauma and tension that have built up over years of high performance and chronic overriding.
The result isn't just physical relief. Clients report profound shifts in emotional regulation, sleep quality, mental clarity and their relationship with their own body.

These are where the dura mater — the fascial sheath surrounding your spinal cord — attaches. Light touch here communicates directly with your central nervous system.

Intake & Intention
We begin with a conversation about what's present for you — in your body, your nervous system, your life. Your first session includes a full intake so I can understand your history and what you're carrying.
Fully clothed on table
You lie face down on a massage table, fully clothed. There is no manipulation, no cracking, no force. Just precise, light touch at the access points along your spine.
Your body leads the way
Many clients experience spontaneous movement, deep breath, warmth or emotional release as blocked energy begins to move. You are always safe. Your body only does what it is ready for.
Integration & Close
We close with time to integrate. I'll share observations from the session and, where relevant, suggest practices to support what your nervous system is processing between sessions.
